Liked: Loved opening the door and smelling wood burning fireplace aroma as soon as we entered and immediately fell in love with the amazing view. We then walked up and enjoyed a beautiful pool area during the sunset, capturing the beautiful view of Banff with no people to distract from the beauty. We then enjoyed an evening soak under the stars, where the pool area has such a calm and romantic vibe while you watch the stars begin to light up the night sky.
Disliked: We did not enjoy a few of the fine details in the room. When we had a shower, we noticed the water level begin to rise; as the drain was plugged. When we walked around in the bathroom, there was one tile that was beginning to lift and shift as you stepped on it. These minor things did not overly bother us, but they were the only negative things that come to mind for this entire stay.
