Liked: All the rooms had comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciate the extra towels in every bathrooms. Overall cleanliness was 10/10
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable. They were square-shaped and too firm that I decided not to use one. Lighting in the rooms could be brighter.

Liked: The view was nice and there was a stroll by the campgrounds with epic views. I also love all the wildlife.
Disliked: Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the noise levels made it nearly impossible to sleep. I could hear loud footsteps, doors slamming, coughing, and even someone getting sick throughout the night from the room above me. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at this location, especially considering the high price. The facility clearly needs some updates and better soundproofing would be a great place to start. To make matters worse, the staff was not friendly or accommodating. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money.

Liked: The outdoor hot tub is a wonderful break after a day on the slopes
Disliked: rooms are a bit dated and in need of renovations

Liked: Incredible location with wildlife around and a nice spa
Disliked: Staff were a little rude and inattentive. Lady that checked us in was nice. One staff member gave my partner incorrect change for a vending machine, then claimed he didn’t and made her pay more money to access laundry detergent.

Great stay, will be back.
