Location superb but the rest...

Liked: Location was superb as we were very close to the Hickstead showground where we were all weekend catching up with friends for our Wedding Anniversary!
Disliked: Everything!!! Have sent a detailed email to the Hotel about our problems, concerns and issues and not one response what so ever from them ...

Staff great but some areas...

Liked: Staff were amazing, friendly hard working and a pleasure to be around. We were also aloud to check in early due to being there for a wedding.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work. The tv didn’t work in our room. There was also no hot water in the morning.

Liked: Room size
Disliked: A local hockey function was being hosted in the hotel, 4 doors down from my room, which had loud music playing till midnight. No mention of this was featured when making the booking.

Liked: Fair sized room. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Bathroom a little tired - toilet sounded like it might break when sat on. Change of room because the original room allocated had an adjoining door with no insulation and neighbouring room were clearly audible, TV so loud we couldn't sleep.WiFi didn't work consistently, kept dropping out.

Nice and quiet and good...

Liked: Nice hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are spacious with a desk and seating area. The bed is very comfortable and I like that we had plenty of pillows. The bathroom has a bath which is always a plus. Everything was clean. The decoration may be a bit outdated so this may not be for people looking for something very modern. There is a huge parking lot. Although there was no specific facilities for motorcycles, due the its location parking our bikes felt safe.The hotel is close to a dual carriage way and a motorway but you hear no noise from them. The location is also quite far from anything else. They have a bar but the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday, something we were aware of. The nearest food and shop is a service area not too far away but you cannot walk there.

Liked: Was a lovely hotel to stay ideal location for what we needed to get to hickstead showground staff where lovely pleasant and helpful over all a nice quite place to stay would deffo stay again next time
Disliked: Wifi was abit of and issue not hotel fault think just the area we where in found wifi slow or low signal but everything else was spot on
