Liked: Excellent location to beach and town, exceptionally clean and beds were super comfortable. In the family 2 bedroom apt, there is a wall mounted A/C but not in the bedrooms. Only one pedestal fan supplied.
Disliked: More amenities - cutlery (sharp knives, scissors), pedestal fan for both bedrooms would be ideal in summer.

Clean and tidy despite being...

Liked: Room was clean, bathroom was clean, linen and towels were clean. Property was close to everything we needed. Check in process was easy. Aircon was super cold. Beach was just around the corner.
Disliked: Couldn't get dining room light or fan working and aircon was tricky to get working again after accidentally being turned off at the wall. Was very overpriced, but then all of Byron is very overpriced...
