Disliked: It was normal for cleaning and it could be better cleaning

Liked: The staff were nice and helpful. The location was close to the San Siro Stadium.
Disliked: The bed given to me wasn’t ready, it was left exactly as the previous user had left it, without any cleaning or even removal of the bedsheets. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue. The reception staff were nice and helpful. Other than that initial hiccup, which seemed due to a lack of organization, overall, it was fine

Disliked: - Facilities were not in good shape( cracking doors, not working locks, but nothing significant), but clean

Liked: I like the simplicity of the place, an old fashioned hostel but with style. Very rustic but cozy. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. I really liked the fact that the dorms are separated for males and females. Being female I felt safer.
Disliked: I didn't like the parking lot, which is a narrow slope where only 3 cars can be parked one behind the other. So if you park first you have to wait for the others to get out. The door to the room I was in didn't lock, but I was calm, because I knew no one was coming in.
