Liked: room was very spacious which when you are staying a few days adds positively to the experience
Disliked: Cleaning staff came too early one day - as I was going to breakfast so I skipped having the room cleaned them.Washing had to be chased up as I had expected it to have arrived within 48 hours.

Disliked: Beds could of by more comfortable Front desk could have been a little more personable .

Great stay in Porto -...

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was great, loved our room. we stayed for 10 days and would definately come again.
Disliked: We found small grey bugs(silverfish) in the bathroom on two occations. Just got rid of them and carried on😉

Comfortable and quiet

Liked: Breakfast was really good and complete for all food you would need. The breakfast staff are incredibly kind and helpfulThe front desk staff were not helpful when we arrived with a sleeping baby and no one offered to help with our bags.
Disliked: Location was near a taxi stand, a shopping mall and a mercado mom successo. It was a very nice location for a family and near the location we needed to visit.

Liked: Extremely welcoming hotel. Ideal location, not too far out from the city. It’s across from a shopping centre and gorgeous food market so you’ll never be bored or lost for options!

Liked: Very big comfortable room. Great space in the bathroom. Breakfast was good - not a huge choice, but still got some decent options. They clean everyday.Bathrobes are provided as well, which is a nice touch. There’s a mall in the next building - good, since it got supermarket there. The stuff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: it Is a bit far from the city center - 20-30 mins walk.
