Disappointing for the cost

Liked: Good staff
Disliked: Damp in room, shower was pathetic, quilt was too small, breakfast took ages (staff did their best - but was told only one chef) biscuits were open and not edible. Toilet was in an awkward position to use.

Liked: Wet clean, staff were helpful, nice atmosphere
Disliked: Beds & pillows were very uncomfortable (Too hard). We did wake up with a bad back. We would have like to use the pool facilities as & when without having to book a time slot

Beautiful hotel and restaurant and...

Liked: The restaurant was beautiful with amazing food however we had a room with no heating and were thrown in the back of the hotel with a room that didn't look like the pictures and right over the balcony of the rugby club so the room really let this stay down
Disliked: The room we were in was nothing kike the pictures it was if we were thrown into a room made as a second thought with equipment that did not work

Liked: Very clean and tidyHighly recommend to anyone with fantastic facilities particularly the swimming pool. Will definitely be back.
