Noisy and no elevator well...

Liked: The nice space and well located rooms. It’s 2 blocks away from The Cavern and 2 block from dock. It’s a very simple but functional hotel.
Disliked: The elevator is broken and we got a room at 3rd floor plus we heard noise from other customers all night and there was one that almost gets in our room. We couldn’t sleep as others were noisy at the hall and had an uncomfortable night due to noise.

A pleasant , affordable stay...

Liked: The location is very central and you can easily walk to the Albert Dock, Bold Street, China town and other sites. The street of the hotel is quiet as no traffic is allowed to traverse through the street. Breakfast is not served in the hotel, but there are plenty of breakfast places nearby. We especially liked Moose breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Beautifully furnished as well.
Disliked: The reception area was small and not particulalry welcoming. Personnel was okay, but not extremely friendly or welcoming. We had asked for two rooms close to each other but the rooms were far apart. The quality of the rooms was also rather different.
