Gorgeous space; subpar service experience.

Liked: The aesthetics of the hotel are overwhelmingly beautiful, including the arrival experience, the rooms themselves and the rooftop sauna and pool. The skyline view from the pool is to die for.
Disliked: The professionalism of the staff does not match the beauty and regality of the hotel itself. The staff was surprisingly lacking in very basic hospitality skills. The valet, for example, did not have detailed information about overnight parking; when I called ahead to ask about local spa options, the front desk person did not have any knowledge about the local amenities. Although we made a reservation for two people, the room was fitted out for one person (one set of towels; one robe - when I called to request a second robe they brought a different type of robe and it had a hole in it and was missing the belt). The wifi password that was given was incorrect. These are very nit picky comments but I was very surprised by the experience.

Great location, charming reuse of...

Liked: Location in Warehouse District near Target Field and close to light rail was very good. While the area lacks a lot of retail, there is a Whole Foods about three blocks away. The hotel is an adaptive reuse of an old warehouse with many architectural features preserved.
Disliked: Room lighting was very dim... the hotel really needs to increase the lumens in the bedroom area so one can see.
