Disliked: We go there first time and we didn’t know the way of room even we booked double bedroom but they gave like something stfarn room and no body guide us about the property and we didn’t find room then again came at reception and asked again even Ac was not working and bed was broken. It was very bad experience.

Liked: Room was ok, no net curtains up the windows so you could see into other peoples rooms and they could see into yours! Had to draw the curtains which made it very dark and had to put the lights on
Disliked: Not having net curtains up the window and as the hotel does not serve food, there is no fridge available in the room to keep food or drink.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: AC was not working.

Very good

Liked: I had a suite, lovely to spend time in the lounge area and not just sitting on the bed when you get in from work
Disliked: No meals are provided by teh hotel and the Gym and Pool are not open

Disliked: Was a hostel and no facilities on no pool gym etc

Disappointed

Liked: Location and connection to Central London and Heathrow Airport was very good.
Disliked: The hotel was full of Refugees and probably we were the only paying customers. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel, Banana peels everywhere, people spitting in the lifts, smoking inside the hotel, standing around looking at customers coming in going out. Didn’t feel like a break at all. To add to the disappointment the gym, pool and restaurant was closed too.
