Very nice stylish hotel with...

Liked: Very nice stylish hotel with interior typical for Sevilla which gives some particular vibe to the place and makes it unique. The staff is just great! Very friendly and helpful! They kindly upgraded our triple room to a similar room category, but with a cattle and coffee machine. Besides the water and some beverages from the minibar were offered for free. We didn’t ask for it, it was their offer to make our stay even more pleasant. Cold water in this weather is a real treasure! Thanks a lot! When we entered the room, our son found a cute present bag with some kids stuff on his bed (including SPF which is also super important
Disliked: It would be nice if the swimming pool was a bit bigger and the same about the parking places )) It didn’t affect our stay, just saying

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Great size room. Comfy bed. Great area if you dont want to be around Santa Cruz.
Disliked: The check in process took far too long.

Liked: Rooms very nice, great bathroom, easy location for metro to the centre
Disliked: Struggled with the temperature in the room a bit

Excellent value for money in...

Liked: This is an absolute fabulous hotel in a great location. The decor was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were all wonderful. This was excellent value and I cannot fault it in any way.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like but thought it might be nice to have a coffee machine in the rooms. We still loved all the facilities. We just felt it would be a "nice to have".

Liked: The hotel was really clean and very friendly staff. It’s a good location. As a group of three we only weren’t able to get a sun bed once, so we had a drink and when we returned we each got one. There’s towels provided for the pool area
Disliked: Nothing
