Disliked: I had the worst customer service experience that could possibly be imagined, I was given the wrong key for the room, I called the hotel the lady that answered the phone said I had the wrong number ( it was not), we then went to the office and was met by the rudest lady who swore and verbally abused us as we tried to explain we had the wrong key given to us. She had admitted to having a few drinks. I am deeply disturbed by the whole experience. I never leave reviews but this was such a terrible experience I feel I need to warn others.

Liked: Location and cleanliness (except the entry doors, desperately needed food and finger marks removed)Bed was comfortable, water bottles in fridge was great too
Disliked: No staff see except cleaners during our stay (cleaners were lovely), asked for recommendations for dinner with no reply. After dinner we found that your get 20% if you show room key at the pub close by. We had no idea about this until afterwards:(
