Liked: Staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. There's a bar and a restaurant on site which is super convenient as well.
Disliked: I was a huge fan of the room but it served it's purpose

Liked: This is my go to spot in seaside to stay when I’m working in the area. Great location, good value, nice staff and fairly clean rooms
Disliked: I’ve had ants a few times in my room while staying here. I’m not too picky so I didn’t even bring it up to staff this time. The sheets on bed were not very comfortable and felt like there was sand in them. Pillows were not good need to be update. There were many people hanging out by the pool until well past midnight yelling and being obnoxious. This was disappointing as I thought most places had quiet time after 10/11 pm.

Liked: Convenient on site restaurants and bar. Nice pool
Disliked: Bedding and furniture are old and in need of replacement

Superb

Liked: They gave us extra pillows. They had free coffee all day with real half and half. Good parking. Short walk to boardwalk and CVS.
Disliked: The TV was old, small with poor sound.
