Liked: Breakfast very good, Hotel well positioned for town centre, rail station, and bus station with canal at rear of property. Rhubarb restaurant was good with choice menu. Hotel staff excellent, very helpful
Disliked: The wet weather, but not much the hotel could do about that

Liked: Really friendly staff, good location, very good breakfast with great choices.
Disliked: Hotel could perhaps do with a bit of renovation, but it was very clean and comfortable.

Liked: All staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness to a high standard. Location very good
Disliked: No drinking water in rooms. Couldn’t get TV to work. Tinned mushrooms at breakfast, yuk! Would have appreciated natural yogurt as non available.

Short stay at Skipton.

Liked: Location great a short walk to the town centre.Good car parking next to hotelOutside patio area.
Disliked: A very tired and dull hotelRoom very dark and needs updatingVery hot even with open windowsTiny very dark bathroom in need of updating.Breakfast not fantastic probably the worst eggs Benedict I have had smothered in thick tasteless sauce with hard muffins, watery juices and tasteless scrambled eggs.Brandy served in whiskey glasses and a pretty awful cocktail that wasn't cheap.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Great room and suited our needs.
Disliked: Slight wait for breakfast.

Liked: Good shower, nice view from the window, restaurant good if a little pricey (evening meal).
Disliked: Room was hot and stuffy, even with the window open and a fan turned on. Kettle was hidden away in a drawer and it's cables were frayed. It still worked though. Bed was not very comfortable.
