Liked: The location is fine, and rooms are decent (if you are lucky to get the room you paid for initially). Nonetheless, I was given a room with a shared bathroom in a flat and had to fight with the staff for hours to get the room I had booked with a private bathroom. I was not the only one who had received a room without a bathroom, so be careful when booking this hotel.
Disliked: I did not receive the room I had paid for with a private bathroom. I was given a room in a flat without a private bathroom. The bathroom was shared with an elder male. The staff manager was very rude when I asked to get the room standard I booked which included a private bathroom. Upon my enquiry, the manager was very annoyed and refused to refund me, then told me to call booking.com and after an hour of fight and calls, he finally got me a room without any apology. Very unprofessional management and service. It was Saturday night and I was late for my work commitment in the evening, and did not get a shower. Not a hotel to be relied on.

Liked: Excellent location in the middle of Herning, easy check-in and good breakfast
Disliked: We never managed to figure out how to get WiFi working, In room TV should have an option to connect Ipad, Iphone or a laptop

Liked: Location was perfect for my requirements.
Disliked: Unfortunately I can’t get used to the soft pillows.

Convienient and appropriate

Liked: Easy access. Quick check-in (and check out). Fine facilities in the breakfast room and good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
