Liked: Cleanliness and friendly staff. Good facilities in the room. Close to the event and good parking
Disliked: The keys had to be swapped a lot as they wouldn’t open the doors. Didn’t cater for our allergies

Expensive for what it is

Liked: Bed was very comfy. Nice bath. Staff very pleasant
Disliked: I didn't have a kettle, when I mentioned it at checkout, reception said it might have been in a cupboard! The window didn't open and no working extractor in the bathroom. I booked two rooms. One for me and one for my daughter. The hotel was not busy. I was in room 2 she was in 22. We couldn't have been further apart. Needs an update.

OK, but don't expect to...

Liked: Staff were very helpful, pleasant. The location is good for our needs. It's OK but not exceptional. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The whole hotel is tired, it needs an update, the room was OK but the bathroom needs updating.

Liked: Quite comfortable, easy to town . Fantastic breakfast . Lovely staff
Disliked: Shower had no power at all

Liked: Great location lovely staff everything we needed in the room. We were at a event at the pub across from there so really handy.Will book again next year
Disliked: Nothing really not overly posh or luxurious but clean lovely plush towels etc
