Very bad hotel in bad...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Rooms are old , beds uncomfortable and the worst was that the central heating came on at 4am during the hottest day of the year in UK. I reported it to the night manager which assured me that this was fixed , just for it to happen again the next evening . Additionally with no AC , the rooms were uninhabitable warm and I has to wait until 10pm before going to the hotel . Coalville itself is dilapidated to the extend that i struggled to find a pub serving food after 8pm

Very satisfied.

Liked: Cosy room and a cosy bed which gave me 3 good nights of sleep. The provision of some teabags and digestive biscuits was nice (could have done with a couple more teabags however). The location is good (just a couple of mins from Morrisons by foot and has a Skylink stop nearby).
Disliked: Small table that the kettle was on was a bit wobbly, and the TV remote did not appear to work (used buttons on the screen instead and that was fine).

Liked: Staff were polite, room was nice, bar was good selection, bed was comfy and overall facilities were of adequate quality
Disliked: Bathroom floor was wet even after being dried would be wet next visit, shower curtain felt really underwhelming
