Liked: Great amenities on site. Loved the restaurant and the gym.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold but the extra blankets were great.

Comfortable and cozy

Liked: Very clean and comfortable hotel, equipped with nice facilities such as spas, sauna, hot pool, gym, 5 min drive from water front, very friendly staff, nice restaurant and breakfast, and my room was always left tidy and with a nought amenities for the 4 of us. Parking was easy, cheap and coverd. Recommended

Disliked: pretty run down for the price - rooms are dark, cold and gloomy. bathroom is old and cold. we asked for a cot prior to check in for our newborn bub - it wasn't organised. tv wasn't working, needed resetting. aircon was blowing hot and cold on and off on its own. all easy fixes but an inconvenience during our stay, would suggest ensuring all rooms are ready after cleaning and before guests check in

Brief stay - wedding anniversary!

Liked: Size of room.Comfortable bed.Quiet location.Room with excellent view.Late complimentary check out.Excellent toiletries. Welcoming gifts and cards for our anniversary very much appreciated ciated ....thank you!
Disliked: Darkness of room. Too brown for me! Seemed somewhat dated.Limitation of lighting - lights were on or off for whole of room. Needed separate switch for kitchen area, so as not to disturb partner.Level of lighting prevented night time reading.I'm short and it was difficult reaching toaster from top cupboard,No slippers supplied.Bathrobes had seen better days - were stiff from overlying. (Maybe I'm a little picky).In former stays there were. Happy hours promoted for McKenzies bar - not so this time. Missed that!.I was just a little disappointed in my room upgrade therefore my expectations were not quite met..

Disliked: Huge lounge but tiny tv and tired lounge. Bathroom needs upgrade. Considering size of room and with room view a major selling point, the balcony was tiny
