It was like staying in a friend's home. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

What a comfortable place to stay. Close to the action too. The sweet young girl from the front desk was such a hostess. (looked like Jenna Bush). Served people during breakfast and was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel staff got us a driver for the concert. It was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Too noisy & terrible mattress

Disliked: Between the constant road noise, loud a/c (sounded like a semi-truck was parked under my window - note I was on the 6th floor) and old lumpy & saggy bed. Sleep was nearly impossible & getting up with a sore back - this stay was very unpleasant.

Disliked: Our room was handicap accessible so the shower let water on the floor

Liked: Great area and location. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The bed was extremely firm. But most of all the hot tub did not heat at all and because it was our 10 yr anniversary we wanted to spend the day having fun and return to our room and use the hot tub to relax. After advising the front desk we were not told anything. Very disappointed because that really was the sole reason we choose to pay extra for this room when we could have went somewhere less glamorous.
