It was like staying in a friend's home. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent.

Liked: Breakfast and happy hour were excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

What a comfortable place to stay. Close to the action too. The sweet young girl from the front desk was such a hostess. (looked like Jenna Bush). Served people during breakfast and was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel staff got us a driver for the concert. It was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Herritage Inn. It’s always clean, staff is friendly, and the beds are really comfortable. The free breakfast is also nice. My daughter really likes it! Will stay there again!

Liked: It was very conveniently located and clean. The room was comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast was decent and filling enough for the drive home.
Disliked: More fresh fruit at the breakfast would have been nice. What was there left a lot to be desired. As for the room, I had issues with the TV not picking up the channels I wanted. I didn’t regard this as too big a deal since I had my computer for entertainment so for full disclosure the hotel did offer to send a repairman the next day but I turned it down.

Disliked: The location is really close to the highway, but my room was quiet and it didn’t disturb me!
