Liked: The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Horrible! Disappointing!

Liked: The ease of finding the location was about the only thing I liked.
Disliked: There was hair stuck on the sheets that was not ours. Candy in the corners of the room which showed me that they did not vacuum nor inspect the floors. Smudges on all the mirrors including children's handprints which tells me again they did not inspect the room. The pool was closed for maintenance in the evening and was supposed to open up in the morning and did not with no communication from the staff. The breakfast was horrible very little selection and tasted terrible. Room service was knocking at our door at 9:00 a.m. to ask us when we were going to leave and check out is not till 11:00 a.m. and when we went to go get our bags packed there were a bunch of ants all over them. I did ask for the manager to call me so I can discuss my issues and he has yet to do so.

Never will stay at Heritage...

Liked: Comfortable beds, nice staff
Disliked: Breakfast was not good, juice machine not working, breakfast didn't start on time at 7 am, floor was dirty, food was not very good, dirty floors in hallway and stairs, lobby bathroom was full of trash and toilet plugged up, Drury hotel nearby was so much better

Liked: Awful breakfast, everything ran out
Disliked: Utterly incompetent management. No hot water for 24 hrs.
