Will not stay again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us the best he could do.
Disliked: The room had not been cleaned. There Was hair ties on the floor that did not belong to us. Both of the beds had long hair underneath the pillows and on the sheets. One of the beds had what looked like an intimate stain on the middle of the flat sheet. The bathroom mirror had what looked like toothpaste spit from not being cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The pool was so cloudy you and was dirty. The hot tub was the same.

Accommodations were acceptable but no...

Liked: Place was clean and staff was good.
Disliked: On Monday morning, 6/23/25, no one showed up to start the breakfast. So the guests that morning had no breakfast. I booked this hotel for the breakfast and there was none.

It left a bad impression...

Liked: Indoor pool. Nice building
Disliked: We have stayed for two nights, and they have no hot water. That's a problem. We should get a discount. The first room we checked into was dirty. Stuff was still in the fridge and stained from something spilling out. There was trash in the floor in two places. They moved us to another room. The hot water issue was not resolved. I understand things can happen and take days to fix, but we should get a discount. In addition, we get back the second night from a long day and our key did not work. I had to get it reprogrammed. I've traveled for years and never had so many issues with just one hotel.

Very poor

Liked: The pool area is the only good thing about this hotel now under new ownership.
Disliked: Customer service was very poor. Had 2 rooms reserved both with double Queens. Ended up with 1 double queen room and a single king room. The solution was a rollaway, which was still not idea but we made it work. But the worst part was within 20 minutes of check in my daughter is in the room dressing for the pool and a man walked right in on her getting dressed. The hotel had given him and his wife the same room

It was terrible and I...

Liked: Location was good, shower worked great.
Disliked: I was sent to DIRTY rooms TWICE! There was old food between mattress and headboard, AC was super noisy all day and night. Lobby/Elevator areas were overflowing with trash! Pool was not clean and there were no towels.
