Loved the room side and...

Liked: Room size and staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Door lock didn’t work. Under the frig was filthy like a coke spill happened and it wasn’t cleaned up. Breakfast had not very many options and no non pork meat option.

It was the best stay...

Liked: The property was in excellent condition! It was up to date in colors, as well as design. The interior was much nicer than expected and the staff was super friendly! This is a huge plus for me as a traveler. The breakfast was way more than I expected and was sincerely surprised! If you can think about it for breakfast they had it!! This is my next repeat stay in Sugarland for sure!!!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything honestly.

Good Customer Service

Liked: Breakfast had good protein, although after the third day of the same menu, it got old! Excellent location for my purposes. Front desk person was superior. My room card stopped working, she fixed it and escorted me back to my room to be sure it worked....Good job! Don't remember her name but she was from Queens, New York. Very personable!
Disliked: There were no USB charging ports in the room I had. Room was kind of dark.
