Uncomfortable stay overall

Disliked: When we arrived, the AC wasn't working, and no fans or alternatives were provided. The area smelled bad, so we couldn't open the window, leaving us sweating with no compensation for the uncomfortable experience.

Liked: There is a pool and free breakfast.
Disliked: There was no AC in the entire building but the hotel didn’t bother to give a discount on the room rate amidst the inconvenience. I am pregnant and have 2 small kids which we had a hard time sleeping overnight because of no AC.

Liked: Omelets in sandwich bags are perfect for travel!The lounge is magnificent. Room was very quiet.
Disliked: Flies came in room right after windows were opened.The black receptionist lady was unhappy.The elevator was noisy and scary.

Disliked: The breakfast was actually free to all travelers. Booking.com falsely advertising it as a paid service. The food choice was solely vegetarian and choices were unsatisfactory.
