Comfy bed crappy wifi

Liked: I loved that the bed was comfy and plenty of soft pillows the room was a nice size too
Disliked: I didn't like the dirty chair and the floor was bumpy and uneven the wifi didn't work most of the time

Cheap for a reason?

Liked: It was close to a lot of restaurants, Costco, and the freeway.
Disliked: Our own mistake, but accidentally got a smoking room, went up to the front desk to ask if we could maybe get a new room because we don't smoke. It ended up in the front desk lady getting in a yelling match with my lady because she didn't pick up on a joke my girlfriend made and took it as an insult. Called later to ask about the bedbugs we found in our bed, and she asked, "Are you the one with the girlfriend?" And refused to help us over that.

Disliked: We got to the property and they tried to charge us again after I already paid online. I wish they would just let me cancel my reservation so the money could be refunded. I am not paying that $300 again!
