Overall friendly staff and the...

Liked: Good In person front desk help. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pretty large fridge and a microwave in the room. The lobby is nice and clean, nice to look at.
Disliked: The bathroom door was very dirty on the inside from likely hundreds of guests closing it and it never being wiped down. We had 2 rooms and it was the same in both rooms. The hallway carpet was stained and dingy. The main floor and third floor vending machines were out of order. Despite having an ice bucket in our room I could not find an ice machine. There was a small coffee pot (5 cups) in the room but only one package of coffee that was not replenished with the rest of room service supplies. Breakfast was included in our room but we stayed on the long weekend and the restaurant was closed. The hotel gave us a bagged breakfast which was lunch food, including tuna, ham or roast beef sandwiches at 8:30am. Out of the 5 times I made a call down to the front desk, only one call was answered.

Liked: I liked the lobby it was open and bright and the staff was so amazing the breakfast was fresh and a good cup of coffee. The room was clean they had the air conditioning going so it was easy to just get to sleep . The staff in the restaurant asked if we wanted toast that was new to me for buffet..
Disliked: The breakfast could have had some sausage Patties but I am not a fan of bacn so that's a me thing
