Disliked: The t.v reception kept losing the signal couldn’t watch most channels. Room key would only work once then had to get new keys.

Horrible, horrible place , will...

Disliked: It was horrible, first they wouldn’t check me based on the credit card policy. I told them I only use debit. No need to use credit card if I have money to pay for it . Kept me at the front desk for about 30 minutes before checking me in, then collected a $300 damage deposit, and later come up with some flimsy complaint upon checkout that would make them keep the deposit money. Made up bed with a stained sheet and later Say I stained the sheets with blood Which is not true. Bcz I didn’t bleed. Even if I did it should be washed . A tiny ish of blood about a quarter of a drop of blood and they say I stained it which is not true . Wasn’t my blood. I was too tired to notice anything about the room after travelling long hours. The sink tap has no hot water, had to let the shower tap run for about 18mits before could get a tiny bit of hot water. I forgot toothpaste and the staff will not provide tooth say it’s not provided by the hotel. No breakfast provided unless the advertisement. Breakfast at extra cost not included with the prize advertised on here, this is my worst experience with hotels ever and I pray never get recommended this hotel in my list and will never utilize it again any where in the country Horrible horrible service . Expensive but do everything to cut cost and try to do it by crooks
