Good price, location

Liked: Good price and location in Roseville. Large rooms.
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke, employee sprayed room with deodorizer but it didn’t help.

Exceptional

Liked: I am impressed. That does the Heritage Inn motel no justice as this has been the most pleasant stay that I've experienced in years. The room was clean and spacious. The bed comfortable, the pillows plush. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. There is a sense of safety here with the security detail but they do not intrude. The price is unbelievable, especially compared to other motels. You pay the lesser price but get the service of a 5 star motel. I am sad to leave and will choose this motel over any other. Thank you for the most pleasant, peaceful stay!!

Nightmare at Heritage Inn on...

Liked: Nice beds, room was fairly clean.
Disliked: I should of walked away when it took the front desk over 45 min to check me in. They kept having issues with the credit card acceptance machine. Telling me the charge was denied. I called 3 different credit card companies only to be told it was a problem with their POS card reader. I became extremely frustrated after thinking there was something wrong with my credit cards. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told there was an atm across the street. So, I went got the cash for the room and paid for the room. Only to be told there was a mandatory $100 credit Card deposit required. I asked how am I supposed to do that when your machine isnt working. She told me that was the only way they would allow me to stay at the property. The machine was unplugged and plugged back in. It worked and I was able to my room. The room was a little dirty. It looked like the cleaners forgot to clean the bathroom floor. There was something greenish brown & sticky on the floor by the toilet. I cleaned it up with a wet wash cloth and soap. The television is not even worth watching. Extremely bad reception, only about 12 channels come in and there are no movies or hotel assistance system. The wifi is very bad. I kept being dropped. After about the 4th or 5th time my laptop froze up or was dropped I decided to use my cell phone Hotspot. The noise from the freeway is very noticable. The final thing about these rooms is that you can hear other people's conversations clearly and if they turn on the TV the noise from that. I was not impressed with the hotel. For the same price you can get a better deal elsewhere.
