Heritage Inn Express Chico

Getting the room changed two times and moving our stuff all around really sucks.

Liked: That there was another room available to move to.
Disliked: First room only had hot water coming from the sink - scalding hot. Second room the beds weren't made; third room was OK.

Liked: The room was clean, everything worked, and the price was great!
Disliked: The desk needed a chair.

Liked: Shayne on the front desk was fantastic. Late at night he had maintenance come and fix the window so that it opens. He's great. The room was good too but the place is let down by the location which has a lot of vagrants. There is noise all night from other tenants and various fans attached to the units are loud enough to wake you when they turn on. It's a great place for a heavy sleeper but if you're a light sleeper I would pass on this place and try somewhere else

Disliked: The loudn ess of people. Window wouldn't close all the way tv didn't work

Pleasant Stay !

Liked: The room was quite spacious and clean. It had a microwave, refrigerator and tea maker so was quite happy with it. The staff was also quite helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast options could have been more.
