Getting the room changed two times and moving our stuff all around really sucks.

Liked: That there was another room available to move to.
Disliked: First room only had hot water coming from the sink - scalding hot. Second room the beds weren't made; third room was OK.

Disliked: One room the A/C switches were broken. And light did not work near the kitchenette. I couldn't request a room with a tub, not that they didn't have one, but because the hotel staff said I'd need to cancel my Reservation and then pay through the hotel and more.
