Getting the room changed two times and moving our stuff all around really sucks.

Liked: That there was another room available to move to.
Disliked: First room only had hot water coming from the sink - scalding hot. Second room the beds weren't made; third room was OK.

friendly staff, dirty room

Liked: Staff was super friendly and found my hearing aids that i mistakenly left behind at checkout.
Disliked: the room was super dirty. i paid for a king bed and got a queen bed
