Liked: View was amazing. Semi private deck was nice. Good size room. Fireplace in room. Access to a beach. Ground games. Spa on the property.
Disliked: The property needs a little bit of a refresh: there are some abandoned structures on the property, the plexiglass on the gazebo needed to be cleaned, the decks needed to have some plants pruned back. Didn't love the pocket doors to the bathroom - no sound proofing. Nothing that would stop me from visiting again!

We paid 5 star hotel...

Liked: We like the breakfast spread and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Disliked: Our Redwood House was a disappointment. It was mis represented from the photos we saw online on the hotel website. We paid 5 star hotel prices for a glamping cabin which needed an update and renovation. Our housekeeping left the trash and dirty towels outside on our patio and wild animals came to rip the trash and cause a mess on the patio and potentially attract other wildlife. One of the restrooms had a stench and also rusty areas and had holes. Overall this made our experience unpleasant.
