Liked: We had an awsum view of the Harbour bridge
Disliked: No sky sports channels

Dirty tower block room

Liked: Close to downtown ALK & walkable to our concert venue
Disliked: We stayed in the tower building. Our room was dirty, dusty & there was mold in the shower..I called reception and let them know. They offered to change our room. We packed up went to another room then the key cards wouldn't work. They said they would refund our parking $45 , but they didn't. Won't be staying here again.

Liked: The outdoor pool was remarkably warm, particularly considering it is winter, and the views were quite lovely.

Liked: The service was amazing, all staff were super helpful in all areas and the pool and gym facilities were great.
Disliked: The cleanliness wasn’t up to par as there was dust in a lot of places. Our oven and dishwasher did not work but no one informed us of that. Just needs an update.

Liked: My favourite hotel in Auckland, the room in The Tower Wing facing harbour bridge was perfect, really spacious and clean, the staff are very efficient and even acknowledged my daughter's 16th birthday with a handwritten card and chocolate which she loved, I'd only asked for a view if possible! and the facilities, indoor pool and rooftop one were spotless and the main draw for us thank you
Disliked: No complaints keep up the good work!
