Liked: Liked the friendly staff. Having both an indoor and an outdoor pool was amazing, especially the rooftop pool view at night 🫶🏾🤌🏾
Disliked: Maybe some privacy screens between each balcony to stop everyone seeing everyone else's balconies

Liked: Everything was fantastic. Staff member "Gargin"? (sorry, cant spell the name). He was absolutely lovely.
Disliked: There was only 1 elevator working.

Liked: The room was nice and big, great location and facilities
Disliked: I was disappointed with how myself and friends were treated and felt unfairly profiled by a few staff members, I probably wouldn’t stay again as a result of it - if you are an older person you will be fine staying here

Liked: Staff were great.
Disliked: Booked a room with 2 beds, arrived to find 1 bed, asked why and was told they hadn't received the request? They said they'd send someone to split the bed into 2. We went out for the evening and came back late to find this was not done.Went to make a coffee in the morning using the supplied coffee grounds but there was no plunger to be found.Used to like this place for its "rustic" charm, but this time it just felt old. Lots of stains on the carpet.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice. Very nice place to stay in.
Disliked: I wasn't aware we had to have a credit card (not debit card) to have on the system and had to pay a bond which was ok, but a little annoying and think this should be advertised.
