Liked: Quiet spot, very clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating. This was in general, but also more particularly around some specific dietary requirements of the teenager I had with me. The staff went well above and beyond the basics to ensure that she was safe and comfortable. For that I was very grateful, as was she.

Liked: Lovely clean rooms, large comfy bed and pillows, staff friendly, good choice on room service if you chose to use it, complimentary water in the rooms and a nespresso machine. Good location - ballsbridge is a gorgeous area! And easy transport into Dublin centre on bus route
Disliked: Breakfast far too expensive so we opted out and got breakfast in one of the nearby cafes (which are fantastic!) Wouldn’t say it’s worth the cost overall though, stayed in nicer for cheaper. No plugs by the bedside also!
