We appreciate the staff. So...
Liked: Location, bathtub.Staff in the morning help us to carry 4 big luggage from 7th floor due to the lift was out of service. He is a hero.
Disliked: The bed was not okay, the lift was out of service, check in should be at Stafford Hotel, the heater not adequate. No refrigerator, no microwave.

Great value for money
Liked: This place is a bargain, in the centre by the tram station plenty of food options and up to 30min to walk to many city attractions
Disliked: Not sure there was any. Some complain about the keys pick up at other hotel but it’s really only few doors up the street

Great, great great hotel stay...
Liked: Clean close to restaurants like Cafe Starbucks is across the street. but it opens at 5 o’clock. there is a Burger King down the street and there is a Ted’s breakfast is by Burger King. Walgreens is next-door.. overall great hotel
Disliked: Union Square is very busy and loud a lot of people. but it’s in the middle of everything.
