Henry Norman Hotel

This was an amazing loft! They even upgraded us to a nicer loft with more amenities in celebration of the new year! The staff was incredibly helpful, but on top of that there was a shuttle service that would take all guests to anything within a one mile radius which was extremely helpful during such a cold winter. Would definitely recommend!

Disliked: Location was right in the industrial area of Greenpoint. Breakfast was appalling. Microwave your own processed filled muffin wrapped in plastic, hardly any fruit options, highly sweetened orange flavoured drink, some cakes. The bagels were the only edible option which you toasted yourselfand morning waitress was incredibly rude and non communicative. Our room had a window that faced a communal terrace and the air conditioning was loud. We mentioned it to the reception and the said change the setting.

Liked: Everything about the place was so calming, so welcoming, so tasteful, and well thought out. The room was spacious, well appointed, and extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like is that we had to depart from the Oasis! We plan to stay there again!

Liked: Very well maintained aesthetically. Very quaint and chic with amazingly high ceilings and beautiful artwork. I was just in awe! I really enjoyed my spacious room.
