This was an amazing loft! They even upgraded us to a nicer loft with more amenities in celebration of the new year! The staff was incredibly helpful, but on top of that there was a shuttle service that would take all guests to anything within a one mile radius which was extremely helpful during such a cold winter. Would definitely recommend!

I'll definitely stay here again...
Liked: I had to find a place to stay when my flight was canceled (4x) and everything around the airport was booked. I only wish I'd have had more time here!
Disliked: It was great! I wish breakfast had started earlier...but that's ok!

Liked: Fun decor
Disliked: The breakfast consists of nothing but gross grocery store pre packaged foods- pastries and bagels that are low quality, only apples and similarly fruits, and microwaveable sandwiches. Not the quality I would expect when paying so much. The staff were very unhelpful. I was charged $100 for a late checkout by one hour that was needed for work purposes(despite having vacancy confirmed by hotel staff) and then when I asked to extend my stay by a day because of a flight cancellation they would not credit the $100 towards the extension.
