Henry Norman Hotel

This was an amazing loft! They even upgraded us to a nicer loft with more amenities in celebration of the new year! The staff was incredibly helpful, but on top of that there was a shuttle service that would take all guests to anything within a one mile radius which was extremely helpful during such a cold winter. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second visit...

Liked: The building is very cool. I believe it was a textile building so it has an industrial feel with a welcoming decor. Modern artwork and a very hip vibe. High ceilings with exposed brick. Also has a very good scent as you enter the building. Located in an industrial part of Brooklyn but plenty of restaurants and park within walking distance.

Liked: I had a very pleasant stay at the Henry Norman Hotel. The location was excellent, situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of nice shops and convenience stores just a short walk away.The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed, with all the expected amenities and some thoughtful extras. I especially appreciated the well-stocked minibar and the overall comfort of the space.Breakfast was fairly average, but everything else more than made up for it. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to New York.
Disliked: During check in in the evening the male receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. While checking out there was another female receptionist which had a very weird and condescending tone. Other than that all was good.

Great stay, close to family

Liked: Room with a view was amazing - two balconies so 9 of us could watch the fireworks. Breakfast was great.super clean and lots of nice towels and bed linens. Always fresh bottled water in the room and front desk.. plus cucumber water in the gathering area.
Disliked: The bed in city view room should be a king. I would give a 10 rating on everything except the type of bed -two different rooms , the beds seem a little small. Didn’t care for our first night in the lower level rooms- really big but dark as it has a half window
