Henrosa Hotel

Nice cozy place on good...

Liked: It is situated in the center surrounded with restaurants shops and a few steps away from the beach walking path. There are three city bike stops near to the hotel.
Disliked: The staff made big noise every morning at around eight am when they started the cleaning job. When I asked 10 minutes for leaving the room on that day the cleaning was not done in our room. On the beach the two beds were included but the umbrella wasn’t for which 20 usd per day we had to pay.

Liked: This place is amazing! They have it all and have an amazing staff.
Disliked: The other guests unfortunately. That’s not a reflection on the Henrosa though. Even with the rudeness from other guests. The staff were amazing.

Liked: I absolutely loved the hotel’s decor—the pink vintage style greeted us as soon as we walked in. The bedroom was spacious enough for my daughter and me. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Natalia. She was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind. When we encountered a hiccup with my sister’s reservation at another hotel, Natalia went above and beyond to help us sort it out. Hands down, the best customer service we’ve experienced; we will definitely be back.

Liked: Location is amazing, the bathroom was very nice and spacious also.
Disliked: The shower was set up crazy lol there is no door water goes all over the floor outside, the shower head placement made it worse since it's directly over your head smack dab in the middle of the shower, the bathroom door was also crazy because you can smell whatever somebody is doing in the bathroom because it's a sliding door instead of a completely shutting door LOL some of the decor needs to be upgraded as far as the dresser our handles were popped off and sitting inside of the dresser itself.

It was perfect for me...

Liked: There was no breakfast, but the guy on reception was really helpful and friendly.
Disliked: It was quiet which we loved and breakfast would have been the icing on the cake!

Great staff, great location and...

Liked: It was great from start to finish, easy check in with Alex who was super friendly, room was a good size really clean, good TV and Chanel’s, amazing location would definitely stay there again.
