Disliked: The shower had tiny worms that were seeping through the cracks at the bottom of the shower. The staff had to come in the room and spray a raid that didn't last because in the morning, I had the same issue , the worms were everywhere in the shower, it was very creepy, the staff was not very nice about it

Stylish and modern

Liked: Bright and airy generous size room with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor and the front entrance door of the hotel did not get locked at night.

Flood and No Refund

Liked: Nice hotel but …
Disliked: Our room was flooded and as there were no free rooms the hotel promised a refund for 1 night. It is a month ago and still no refund. As I booked through the company booking my hands are tied. No one seems able to help

Disliked: Room Size. Bathroom miss simple things that aren’t cost a fortune: a glass, soap holder, toothbrushes holder, toilet brush for cleaning the toilet and a shelf to place things.Breakfast is in Cavalier hotel with one option and a rude waiter.

Pleasant

Liked: Henrosa is located super near from the beach and Ocean Dr. The staff is super helpful, I had the chance to do my earlier check in, which was convenient for me. They also offered luggage storage, so I was able to enjoy my last day there without carrying on my luggages to everywhere. They also have a Ross and Walmart near to the hotel, I headed there by a short walk.
Disliked: The room and reception smelled very very bad. It got even worse when the bathroom simply got soaked by the poor shower. The bathroom curtains couldn’t stop by her-selves the water coming for the whole bathroom. The bedsheets got a lot of strange stains, I couldn’t touch that on my neck/face. The worst part was when I try to use the hairdryer, immediately that I’ve turned it on, it shacked in my hands and started a smoke and orange light. I yelled so hard and panicked.

Disliked: The room was not cleaned properly every day. Room was cold, staff unfriendly, at least the woman who works at the reception. No one gives solution to a problem, it was awful to stay there

Poor

Liked: I would've checked out of this place after the first night if I thought I could get reimbursed. Air conditioning did not work. Room was either freezing or hot. Thermostat was inoperable. Lots of hall noise in the early mornings with the maids making up the rooms with all the doors open. Elevator was broken for two days. I've never complained about booking.com reservation before. But this one was really bad like a rooming house, not a hotel.
