Liked: room was excellent, bathroom clean. It was a big concert weekend in Bath as well as other events so with that in mind the cost was good. The location was excellent for my needs and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: nothing to add

Perfect night in Bath

Liked: The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had quite a large suitcase as I’m part of a wedding and the team upgraded my room to the first floor so that I didn’t have to carry it up the stairs.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet. Staff were so kind and helpful. Parking was easy to access.
Disliked: Lift was broken, but we were only here for one day so it was fine.

Disliked: the bed is a small double so better for solo travellers, no mirrors in the room except the ones in toilet which easily fogs when we shower so hard to use
