Wouldn’t return unless desperate, nice...

Disliked: Night staff member was very unprofessional. Ignored me at first when I was knocking on the door to checkin and then tried to blame me for coming after 12, despite them having a 24 hour reception.

Very close to the centre,...

Liked: Location. Very close to the centre. The staff were helpful, they were able to accomodate our daughter with a fold out bed for one night.
Disliked: They claim to have parking but it's very limited. They say its on a first come first served basis but basically they have very limited parking and it was very annoying on arrival. The building we were in was a converted old terrace house but done poorly. The bedrooms laid out poorly without proper airconditioning (it was a very hot week) the bath/shower was difficult to get in and out of. (I'm not that old!) It's a stretch to consider this a 4* hotel. We won't be back!
