Disliked: The hotel was very warm, the tap water was not cold (for drinking), bottles of water in the room would have been useful.

Liked: Very friendly staff, both on check in and in the morning on departure, quick and painless (not always the case). The location was really good, knew it was central but surprised how close we were given the price point.Really appreciated the communication with car parking information / locations prior to arrival, saved some time and effort and the option we selected (3rd party) was not only close by, but also very reasonable.

Liked: Very friendly staff that went over and above to help. Friendly and cosy hotel atmosphere.
Disliked: The rooms could have done with being cleaner. There was a layer of dust on the window and stray hairs in the bathroom and bedroom. Only one tiny lamp and a bedside reading lamp with no other bedroom lighting, which meant as evening came, it was very hard to see clearly.
