A comfortable stay with friendly...

Liked: I stayed here with some friends for a few nights, and it was a solid choice. The hotel is nice enough, with friendly staff, and the reception is open 24 hours, which was useful. One thing that stood out was the keys — they’re incredibly big and heavy, so you have to leave them with reception whenever you leave the hotel. I assume this is intentional, as you wouldn’t be able to carry them around with you.The rooms were spacious and basic, but they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Overall, it was a good, no-fuss stay, and I’d recommend it for a short visit to Vienna.
Disliked: Single duvet for a double bed.

Liked: Convenient location, very friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to Mariahilfestrasse, 10 minutes walk to the Museum Quarter.

Liked: The location was amazing, and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. You are a 12 minute walk to the Museum Quarter. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, and the tram and underground are literally minutes from the hotel. The art deco feel of the hotel is wonderful, and the staff we dealt with were friendly and eager to help.
Disliked: Couldn't control the air con and breakfast was over priced.

Very convenient location.

Liked: The location was great and the breakfast had lots of choice. The room was big and the temperature was well maintained. The staff were very obliging and there was a fridge in the room.
Disliked: The floor in the room was quite dusty. The double bed was 2 mattresses pushed together, so if you lay in the middle, you started to fall into a gap that appeared as the mattresses moved apart.
