Henley Park Hotel Guest Reviews

Blending European-style charm with modern amenities, the Henley Park Hotel offers a refined stay just moments from Washington, D.C.’s buzzing arts and music scene. Located only steps from the Mount Vernon Metro Station, this boutique gem features gargoyles, stained-glass windows, and a timeless atmosphere—ideal for concert-goers looking for character and convenience.
With its central location, Henley Park Hotel puts you minutes from major music venues around the Convention Center and downtown D.C. The nearby Metro makes late-night rides back easy, and the hotel’s peaceful vibe means you can unwind properly after the encore. Flexible check-in from 3 PM and a generous 12 PM check-out give you time to rest up post-show.
The on-site restaurant offers refined dining, and while there’s no 24/7 room service, the hotel’s central location puts you within walking distance of late-night eateries and cozy cafes. Breakfast is available, perfect for those slow mornings after a high-energy night out.
While the Henley Park itself doesn’t host live music, it’s surrounded by D.C.’s nightlife—from jazz lounges to rooftop bars. Head out a few blocks and you’ll find plenty of post-concert vibes. Prefer to keep it low-key? The hotel’s intimate bar is perfect for a nightcap.
Some guests noted that rooms can be on the smaller side, and the historic charm means thinner walls than you'd find in newer hotels. But if you're here for the music and city experience, these are minor trade-offs.
If you're looking for a stylish, convenient, and quiet home base for your concert trip to D.C., the Henley Park Hotel hits all the right notes.

I just think the third-party...
Liked: Nothing" Maybe the location of all the places that I wanted to enjoy.
Disliked: I feel that your company and the Hotel need to be on the same page. When it comes to customer service. Because once families drive to this destination. And then you'll told that you have to pay extra charges for parking exactly $60.00 a night for the three nights. As well as continental breakfast. No such thing, I parked on the street' because I drove my Silverado. And it was too large to park in the hotel garage. If there had been better communication. I could drive a smaller car.

Congress visit
Liked: The rooms were fine, a bit dated, but comfortable. The staff were friendly and location was handy.
Disliked: The air-conditioning was incredibly loud, and as it was 36C outside it was necessary

not recommend
Liked: It’s comfortable.
Disliked: Extremely disappointed with my experience. I was told my deposit would be refunded within 3–7 business days, but it has been over two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I call, I’m just told to “wait a little longer” with no explanation or action taken. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. Their efficiency and customer service are unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.
