A bijou gem of a...

Liked: Small boutique hotel in a Victorian Terrace row although room + en-suite is modern. Excellent air con + small ensuite with rain water shower plus kettle plus iron with board. Perfect for our overnight stay as near Earls Court tube station. The conservatory is breakfast room + also has air con but delicious continental breakfast. Trees + greenery visible outside + fresh flowers on each table - oasis of calm,
Disliked: Bear in mind that obviously architecturally there are stairs up to reception + generally in the building.

Lovely little Hotel

Liked: Location was amazing underground straight from Heathrow T5 to Earls Court Road 3 minute walk to hotel room was lovely clean not bad size for London

Overall, an extremely pleasant stay.

Liked: The property was clean and easily accessible. The staff were fantastic. It was just around the corner from the Earl’s Court underground station; it’s just a 2 minute walk. Good breakfast.
Disliked: If I have to nit prick, I’d say the bathrooms were extremely small; I had difficulty standing or adjusting in the shower. But, it wasn’t something unmanageable.

Good if you can get...

Liked: All good. Clean. Spacious. Modern - recently refurbished.
Disliked: Bathrooms are a bit tight. It’s fully booked the next 3 times I want it and the prices have hiked as you get into summer.

Very good

Liked: The room was very trendy and modern looking and felt luxurious. The building is in a quiet area with greenery opposite. The breakfast room was very nice.
Disliked: I wish there was more options for gluten free breakfast. There was bread but it would have been nice to have a muffin or croissant, like everyone else had.
