We won’t stay here again

Liked: Clean and tidy…. One plug socket for the whole room which had a double plug for their phone and lamp…. Sockets next to or near the bed. (Room 4)
Disliked: Water pressure was so low it was hard to know if the shower was on or off

Awful, expensive and smells of...

Liked: The location was this hotel's only saving grace. The building was odd, the staff were odd, the layout was odd, the smell was odd, the entire stay was awful and odd. We felt very uncomfortable the entire time and could not wait to get out of there.
Disliked: The staff were unpleasant and unwelcoming. The room was shiny and cluttered with stuff. The bathroom was awful; shoehorned into the room with a window with blind facing into the room. Why!? There were LED lights everywhere and on everything, so it was a wonder we fell asleep. The place stank of microwaved macaroni cheese when we arrived, and the smell lingered throughout the building. We skipped breakfast, as we didn't want to risk it! Also, the curtains we so heavily stained with god-know-what, that I am very glad we only saw that in the morning. Otherwise, I think i would have left then and there.

Liked: Lovely hotel, immaculate, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location. Highly recommended.

It was ok

Liked: It did the job
Disliked: It was very small. Upon arrival we were told our room was ready however there was still people in there cleaning which was awkward and there were marks on our towels and bedlinen which is not pleasant.
