Exceptional
Liked: Exceptional staff that helped us with our wrong booking and accommodated us disregarding our wrongdoing. Charming atmosphere of a small Victorian style mansion. Very quiet location that is 200m away from a tube station.

Superb stay for a couple...
Liked: The location is superb, underground tube station right around the corner but without the buzz of the high street or main street next to the station. Excellent architecture, convenient late self checking (Digital). Staff was very helpful and I would stay at the same hotel again.

Pleasant
Liked: The location has great access. It's a quiet place and seems safe. They got a mini fridge and kettle and complimentary water and bed are comfortable. Toilets are cute and modern. They got hair drier. The room is small, maybe just enough to sleep. Had a nice garden in front of the window.
Disliked: The woman in the kitchen staff was very very rude. I made the mistake of putting the croissant in the toaster for my son and I didn't know it wasn't possible. I said sorry multiple times. She turned off the oven for everyone to see and said the fire alarm was switched on. It didn't switch on. I think she is just trying to intimidate me. The room also is very very small. I have been to some hotels in london but this is far most the smallest one. Cabin bags could barely fit. Upon entering the door, a person has to pass first and then pass thru your cabin bags. Going to the toilet, I have to move the chair as it is situated in the door of the toilet. The bed has a TV in front and has approximately 12 inches to pass from the end of the bed to the tV. Very very small.
