Liked: It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing and very helpful even when there were issues in the room.
Disliked: We had a few issues in the room. It was 62 degrees when we arrived. We turned on the heat and it took at least one day for it to go up a couple degrees. We ended up having to call the front desk for them to come and service the unit. By Friday the room was finally comfortable and we had been there for a couple of days. The light on the one night stand did not work so they had to come and service that. The TV would not work properly so they had to come and service that. It would be nice if there was a port for phone charging on both sides of the bed rather than just the one side.

Liked: Hotel is beautiful and the gorounds are very well kept. The rooms are super clean and the staff is helpful, friendly and professional.
Disliked: "Hidden" parking charge of $29/ day was not disclosed on the website nor was brought up by the check-in staff. $70 a day to reserve two chairs and an umbrella on the beach is absurd and will keep me from returning. While paying $500 a night, plus resort fees, the extra $70 to sit on the beach amounts to extortion.
