Liked: The staff were fabulous. It was a very hot weekend but there was an excellent fan in our room. The breakfast was good, they set us up in a private room with our dog and were very attentive, very dog friendly. Excellent food.
Disliked: A wider range of alcohol free and soft drinks is needed.

Liked: Lovely property with great staff. A very early breakfast was laid on for those involved in an event and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Really great service
Disliked: No air conditioning in bedrooms and it was very hot

Lovely overnight stop.

Liked: Excellent 2nd stay at Hempstead. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant, spa and breakfast are excellent. Ideal location for exploring Kent or if going on to the continent by train or ferry.

Lovley Mother and Daughter spa...

Liked: The waiter who worked on 2nd June in the morning was very friendly and also engaged in conversation with my daughter, the housekeeping staff ( 2 ladies) who we met in the corridor was also very friendly too,the staff are very child friendly .I had a pleasant stay with my daughter ( I do wish we could have more time in the pool ) we had a morning swim 8-9am ,but an afternoon slot would also be helpful too .
