Quiet, charming, well-located hotel -...

Liked: The courtyard is charming, the hotel is in a great location and quiet, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I appreciated that they brought my bag up the stairs and were always proactive in asking if we needed anything.
Disliked: I had three main concerns:1. I did not realize that the stairs in the duplex room were steep, ladder stairs. The lights that automatically turn on when taking the stairs are good for safety, but it does mean that going to the bathroom at night is an expedition that involved lights on and is disruptive for the 2nd person sleeping. 2. It was a little warm in Paris, and while there is A/C on the main floor it does not blow in the upper sleeping loft. We were able to keep the loft cool by putting the A/C on max downstairs - but had the weather been hotter in Paris I fear the sleeping area would have been roasting. I would at least have fans upstairs to help direct the air up.3. While the room and kitchennette were comfortable, the hallway looked a little run down.

Liked: The location was wonderful, and the courtyard and room were quaint and well equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was charming in the basket, which we took to Luxembourg Gardens for a picnic.
Disliked: It was a little warm, is all.

Liked: Restaurants, cafés, little shops are in the paralel street. There is a coffeemachine. The air condition works well. Clean.
Disliked: The 18 m2 apartmant does not look like the pictures. I attach some pictures and let anyone decide wether it is a 4* apartment or not. The furnitures are battered or DIY, the wooden floor is squeaky, the headroom is limited and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessed via wooden spiral staircase. TV broadcast is noisy. Refridgerator too cold even on warmest setting.

Good

Liked: We really liked the yard with the chaires outside has a nice french vibe and we spent some time there. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable.
Disliked: *One of the family rooms smelled strongly of mold in the living room but we slept in the bedroom with the windows open. They were aware of the problem but still rent it and the next day they wanted to offer us another room at the 1st floor but it was very hot and no air conditoning so we just remained there.*The other room had no windows in the bedroom but we put the kids there and we slept on the sofa so worked that out too somehow. *The rugs were very dirty and we weared slippers all the time.

Set in central Paris, amazing...

Liked: Hotel in central Paris, just 10 mins drive to Effiel Tower. Staff was very friendly, and the location is amazing.
Disliked: Separate WC and bathoom must be avoided, room should have bathroom. The WC has no wash basin. Otherwise excellent hotel.

Liked: Our stay was short but absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, check-in was fast and smooth. The room was amazing—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything you might need, which was a great touch.If you're coming by car, I recommend letting them know in advance so they can reserve a spot in their private parking area. Otherwise, there’s public parking available right in front of the hotel.There’s also a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy a coffee or simply relax in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay longer next time!
