Disliked: everything was top notch, starting from the meeting and accommodation taking into account all my wishes, a magnificent room with a lush bouquet of fresh flowers, amazing service and responsiveness of the staff! I am once again delighted and send my greetings to the hotel team

Liked: Loved this hotel!! Little Gem of a place in the beautiful town of Florence. perfect location. Loved everything about it. The room was exceptional and the attention to detail was second to none. Fresh flowers in the sitting area and bathroom. Cleanliness and turned down service was superb. We especially loved going in the spa as a family, as it was such a calming experience away from the madness of sightseeing.
Disliked: We felt The Breakfast was overpriced for what it was and we were disappointed it wasn’t being served in the lovely green room that is on all the advertisement pictures for the hotel as that would of made the ambience of breakfast better and worth the money more.
