It was mostly good, but...

Liked: The front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The location is excellent (right next to Munich HBF and a 5 minute walk to the shops and touristic places). The beds were comfortable. The windows open all the way, allowing plenty of air into the room. There are also plenty of good restaurants, currency exchanges, and shops close by.
Disliked: The WiFi was quite spotty (in and out), so if you are here working and needing internet, it can get frustrating at times. When it is working it works well.The housekeeping did not replenish coffee/tea/condiments, so we had to bother the front desk staff each day for these items. It's not a big deal, but it was slightly frustrating. They did not always replenish other items like toilet paper, so we had to ask for that as well. If it had been once, then it's not an issue, but these kinds of things kept happening each day, so it was a bit more frustrating through the week.The showers were not consistent. They went from quite hot to freezing without any notice (back and forth). They also went from good pressure to very little pressure without notice. It made for a ? shower experience each morning.
