Ok, but outdated.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Main bed was good. Good location. Easy parking.
Disliked: Spider in bathroom. Room overall outdated, but bathroom was especially worn out. Sofabed very hard and small pillows.

Unhappy guest

Liked: Basic room. Lovely reception area.
Disliked: Working in the hospitality/tourism industry myself in South Africa, we try and accommodate all our guests' requests instead of outright saying NO. They said we are trying to change their breakfast times. Not once beiong accommodating just said NO. If you pay for bed and breakfast, one would think it's okay to ask for a breakfast pack.We were a group of 44 people who requested prior to arriving an early breakfast pack (even a banana and water / box juice for the 17x 12year old children) I would say that for 44 guests, one should quickly put something together given that we notified them in advance. We advised them that our bus is collecting us at 6 am and thus require a breakfast pack / banana for the 6.5 hour drive to Copenhagen Airport. Rooms- some have old outdated bathrooms while others are renovated and modern. Is the room rate the same for the outdated bathroom compared to the modern one?Can you refund me the breakfast portion of my room rate?The shower curtain was dirty and disgusting - see pics attached. They offer black coffee in the reception area, and when we asked for milk they said they dont offer milk.

Liked: Bed was so comfortable because of great mattress. The hotel was so clean. The location was good at the middle of city center. You can find a lot car parking in the behind of hotel but you have some parking apps such as easy park.
Disliked: The facility was so weak. There is no refrigerator, water bottle, air conditioning and etc in the room. The breakfast options were not a lot and you have some regular simple foods to eat.

Pleasant

Liked: Great location. Bed was comfy.
Disliked: We were first given keys to an occupied room, and the receptionist didn’t seem to care about this. Then we felt like anyone can enter our room for the remainder of the trip… And the breakfast was very busy, we had to share a table with other guests - could be solved by having more 2-person tables.
