Hello Roomz - Pleasure Beach, Blackpool

Good but the key, security...

Liked: Looked exactly like the pictures. Staff were friendly. We didn't use the resturant/bar but it looked lovely and the customers in there looked happy when we passed. The bed was comfy and the shower had really good water pressure.
Disliked: The room was really hot to be fair it was hot when we went around 20 degrees outside. But the hotel had all the heating on luckily I figured out how to turn the radiator off in our room but it didn't make much off a difference with the radiator off and window open because the heating was on in the rest of the hotel. Also the key we was given for our room was the same also opened the front door so it could also open other rooms we actually tested this theory using our room key to open our friends room and it did, so after this we didn't feel 100% secure and was worried about our belongings.

Disliked: The beds are really uncomfortable.springs coming out.the room hadn't been cleaned properly.there was one red pillow on the bed that was absolutely filfy black.and the room needs a good painting

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Nothing, the amount of druggies that was there was disgusting especially for a family hotel ! Taking about spice and heroine even doing it in the hotel, guest walking round like walking zombies.. the room wasn’t fit for my 2 year old it was freezing at night the windows wouldn’t even shut so my daughter got very poorly after the stay!
